Kangen Water (pH 8.5 – 9.5)

This slightly alkaline water is used to make soup or to add in any type of dishes which require some amount of water. It produces fluffy rice when using Kangen Alkaline Water in your rice but I polish the rice with Strong Kangen Water 11.5 and rinse with pH 9.5 and use this same water to cook the rice. Kangen Water draws out the fragrance, flavour and nutrients from the food. That is why your food can turn out to be more authentic and delicious.

Neutral Water (pH 7.0)

I also use this strong acidic water to clean the meat and then rinse with pH 9.5 water before cooking. To make sure the meat is bacteria free.
